Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or absence management support.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with HR systems such as SAP or Skylight.
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive data with care.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting managers with all aspects of sickness absence including note-taking at key meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing accurate paperwork in line with policy requirements.
  • Analysing absence trends and providing data insights to improve wellbeing and performance.
  • Assisting with the alternative duties process and keeping records updated.

Skills

Experience in HR administration or absence management support
Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with HR systems such as SAP or Skylight
