Overview

3 day week Nanny required in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. This position is for an experienced, kind, caring, and cheerful Nanny to work for a professional family. The role starts ASAP; mum is on maternity leave and will return to work in August/September. Children: 3 month old twins, a 3 year old, and a 5 year old. Initially the role is shared care; it will become sole charge when mum returns to work later in the year. Salary is £18-£20 gross per hour.

Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent Nanny position.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for four children (infant twins, a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old) with age-appropriate activities.
• Work three days per week, with flexible choice of days; typical hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm (or 7:30am to 5:00pm).
• Engage in planning fun, age-appropriate activities and, ideally, apply Montessori experience.
• Transition from shared care to sole charge once the mother returns to work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children of similar ages.
• Childcare qualifications are essential.
• Up-to-date DBS on the update service.
• 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Two professional referees, one of whom must be the current or last employer and contactable.
• Driver’s license is required; a car may be needed for duties.
• Must be willing to work in Woodstock, Oxfordshire; pets are not a consideration.

Pay & Hours

Pay: £18–£20 gross per hour. Hours: 7:00am or 7:30am–5:00pm, 3 days per week. Start: ASAP.
