2T Van Driver

First Fence

Location: Huthwaite, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 1TD

Salary: £14.10 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 06:00-18:00

Status: Permanent, Full-time

Reporting to: Operations Supervisor

Our drivers are the face of First Fence and the final link in the customer journey.

Operational Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate collections/delivery of products throughout the UK while adhering to road safety regulations.
• Carry out pre/post vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Follow and comply with all H&S practices, policies and procedures.
• Load and unload goods as requested, ensuring proper handling care.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of offloading goods.
• Previous experience of loading and securing products while transporting.
• Computer and mobile literate.

How you do it

• Valid C1 licence and Tachograph cards.
• No DD, DR, IN, TT on driving record.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
