As the business expands, they seek committed, technically accomplished professionals to join their team in an advanced technical capacity. This opportunity offers significant exposure to consultancy, presales, and account management, in addition to high-level technical implementation and support work.

Strict (mandatory) Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience with M365 Technologies, including Defender, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune
• Demonstrable experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Passed the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator certification exam or able to demonstrate an active commitment to achieving this qualification at the point of application
• Excellent written and spoken English, at native or near-native proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consistently professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work on-site in Chorleywood, Herts; must live within reasonable commuting distance
• Passion for technology, demonstrated through ongoing professional development and a record of handling complex technical challenges
• Respectful, sociable outlook and an effective, collaborative team player
• Track record of dedication, reliability, and delivering on commitments in a demanding technical environment

What will your role look like?

• Design, implement, and support bespoke, advanced cloud solutions in a collaborative environment
• Configure and deploy hardware and/or networking equipment to high standards
• Manage effective relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders as required
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely
• Oversee user subscriptions, accounts, permissions, and settings for a diverse portfolio of cloud services
• Carry out M365/Intune/Defender tenant implementation and administration tasks
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions tailored to complex organisational needs
• Develop and manage security solutions, including policy design and compliance management
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal management systems and professional services processes
• Engage with consultancy, pre-sales, and account management activities, supporting the business’s commercial growth and client relationships
• Influence the organisation’s technical fluency in key areas such as AI, Data Governance, and Compliance Frameworks
