What you will do:
Your duties will include the maintenance and filing of patients’ confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking outpatient appointments using the computerised patient management system. You will also provide reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages and be able to work flexibly. These posts could be based at any of NHS Lothian sites (Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, St. John's Hospital, Royal Hospital for Children and Young People, Western General Hospital, Woodburn House – Edinburgh and Royal Edinburgh Hospital).
