Job Description: Integrated Marketing Project Manager

Location: 1 Finsbury Avenue, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 2PF

Length: 22/09/2025 – 30/01/2026

Rate: £39.80 per hour

Hours: Normal Business Hours

About the role

In the role of EMEA & APJ Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, GTM, Global Strategic Delivery Office and be in charge of managing complex regional campaigns, programs and global projects. You’ll work with all cross-functional marketing teams and handle multiple EMEA and APJ integrated marketing programs simultaneously. The EMEA & APJ Senior Marketing Project Manager will leverage their deep understanding of B2B marketing to orchestrate integrated campaigns, guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience. Note on occasion, it may be required to work extended hours to accommodate both EMEA & APJ time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Own full integrated marketing program delivery from planning through execution, activation to program close
  • Build detailed project documentation (project plans, schedules and status updates) to support the successful delivery of projects including campaign asset creation, graphics, copywriting, print collateral, website page updates or content migrations, and digital promotional assets
  • Partner with the Regional Integrated Marketing stakeholders to document and communicate program kick off meeting outcomes
  • Schedule and drive regular program status meetings with key stakeholders. Determine agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and maintain action logs/plans. Summarise and communicate meeting outcomes.
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks
  • Hold regular meetings with various execution teams to ensure that priorities are communicated, issues are resolved, and efforts are coordinated.
  • Maintain communication with all project stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimisation of resources, smooth handoffs, and program consistency.
  • Keep track of and oversee progress, handoffs, and the status of deliverables.
  • Audit program once completed, determine improvements, and implement process change.
  • Provide strategic delivery expertise to regional marketing teams
Required background / skills
  • 8+ years in business-to-business marketing with proven project management experience of complex marketing programs. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in a multi- corporate environment is essential, agency experience would be a plus
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing a plus.
  • Proficient in project management and AI tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, GSuite, Slack)
  • Must be able to manage a large multi-faceted program / project or multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven ability to direct/manage cross functional, virtual teams.
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, choose alternatives, and improve overall processes
  • Ability to map business processes, manage process implementation and improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
