An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Acute and Diagnostic Directorate.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, passionate and pro-active individual that will support the clinical teams.
Key to the success of this role is using effective leadership skills to deliver change and support clinical teams to achieve safe, compassionate and effective care. You will support the directorate in the running of the service and influencing the future service delivery and nursing strategy. You will have a key role in the delivery of the Quality Agenda and in the professional development of our nursing workforce.
