Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is a leading international insurer with a reputation for specialist underwriting expertise, outstanding claims service and innovative products. We are excited to recruit for our 2026 Underwriting Graduate Programme – a renowned and award‑winning programme that has been developing graduates into expert Underwriting and leadership positions for over 50 years.
This full‑time graduate entry training programme is a 2.5‑year fixed‑term contract. The programme offers dynamic rotations through at least five different underwriting departments, along with opportunities to gain exposure to other key teams across the business. The structure gives a broad hands‑on experience and a well‑rounded understanding of the industry, setting you up for long‑term success. Upon successful completion, you are expected to take up a permanent position in an underwriting department as a trainee underwriter, although other opportunities may also be available if better suited.
