Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join the Four Cs MAT. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to maintain ICT infrastructure, hardware and software. They will support and facilitate dependable services from all ICT based school systems to support the delivery of the curriculum. This role will be based across all schools within the Trust both Primary and Secondary and will be fully supported by a motivated and successful central ICT team.

Hours

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and Fridays 8.00 am to 3.30 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to maintain ICT infrastructure, hardware and software.
  • Support and facilitate dependable services from all ICT based school systems to support the delivery of the curriculum.
  • Work across all schools within the Trust (Primary and Secondary) with support from the central ICT team.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Strong personal qualities such as confidence, integrity and presence.
  • Consistent and effective communication with initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of ICT and ability to contribute to a growing Trust’s ICT needs.
