A governmental organization seeks a Senior Project Manager for Third Sector Partnerships and Programmes. The role involves managing relationships with Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises to support policy objectives. HMPPS Third Sector Partnerships and Programmes Team is responsible for managing HMPPS’ relationships with Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSE, also referred to as the Third Sector), and providing oversight of all HMPPS grants. The team works to develop and establish strategic opportunities for MoJ and HMPPS to harness the expertise of the Third Sector to support its policy and operational objectives.
We manage strategic relationships with the Third Sector across prisons, probation, and youth custody, engaging with and supporting a variety of Third Sector related initiatives including:

The role (known locally as Senior Project Manager – Third Sector Partnerships and Programmes) is varied and intersects with many areas of HMPPS, MoJ, and the Third Sector. Duties include:
Whilst experience of managing and/or awarding grants would be advantageous, it is not essential.
Experience of working in/ with the Third Sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
This is a national role and location is flexible. At present, the team is based in London at 102 Petty France, so frequent travel to London is expected.
