A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a SEND Specialist Tutor in Plymouth to provide 1:1 tuition for young people with SEND who cannot access mainstream education. The ideal candidate will help re-engage students in their learning and bridge educational gaps. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a competitive rate of £25 per hour, with a focus on supporting children with ASD or ADHD.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people with ASD or ADHD is essential.
• Experience working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps.
• Support and re-engage pupils in their learning.
• Work closely with Prospero to monitor pupil progression.
