Job Overview

Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant who has a passion for supporting young people, helping to enhance their learning, and nurture their social and emotional development.



Key Responsibilities


  • Work on a 1:1 basis, providing behavioural and social support, high-frequency intervention and regulation support for an individual pupil.

  • Assist students in achieving a positive impact on their learning journey and well‑being.



Candidate Requirements


  • A dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual.

  • Ability to develop positive relationships with young children.

  • Ability to remain calm and objective when faced with unusual or challenging behaviour.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, including collaboration with outside agencies.

  • Ability to relate exceptionally well with children and to go that extra mile to help them achieve.

  • Confident and clear communicator with parents.
