Job summary

A leading educational staffing agency seeks an English, Maths and Science Tutor in Bath to provide bespoke 1:1 tutoring to secondary-aged students. This role is ideal for a creative educator eager to support at-risk learners. Tutors will develop tailored lessons, focusing on bridging educational gaps and enhancing overall engagement. The position is part-time at £27+ per hour, requiring QTS or equivalent and experience with SEND students. This flexible role allows working within the community or student’s home.

Qualifications

• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate or be willing to process a new application.
• Possess UK classroom teaching experience.
• Provable ability to create and deliver tailored lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to secondary-aged pupils.
• Create, plan and deliver tailored lessons to boost engagement.
