Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 SEND and Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Brigg area. This role is part time Monday to Friday mornings only to start from Easter 2025 and will be long term until the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities
  • Providing individualised assistance to the assigned student.
  • Implementing strategies to support the student's learning and development.
  • Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed.
  • Assisting with the student's personal care and well-being.
  • Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviour and additional needs.
