A leading cancer center in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Pharmacist: Oncology Sutton to coordinate clinical pharmacy services and support a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and highly organised, with experience in oncology pharmacy. Responsibilities include managing projects that optimize patient medication and improve outcomes. This 0.4 WTE Band 8b Lead Pharmacist: Oncology Sutton role is a one-year backfill (Thursday/Friday) during the current post holder's secondment to an RM Partners SACT project. The position leads and supports the Oncology Pharmacy Team at Sutton & Kingston, ensuring high-quality clinical services for OCC & Kingston day units and NMP support to SACT clinics. It also contributes to developing the pharmacy workforce to recruit and retain top staff.
To contribute to the local delivery of the Pharmacy Education and Training strategy and to collaborate with the Pharmacy Education and Training Team to develop a strategy that is appropriate, aspirational and supports a high-quality clinical pharmacy service.
