A fast-growing recycling company is seeking a Field-Based Account Manager in Lyon, France. This role offers autonomy and a generous uncapped commission scheme. Responsibilities include developing new accounts, managing existing relationships, and negotiating prices with suppliers. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills. No specific experience necessary but a background in recycling is a plus.

We’re looking for highly motivated, personable, and commercially driven individuals to join us as Account Managers . This is a field-based role ideal for those who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and making a tangible impact in the circular economy. You will be at the heart of our Source Local / Sell Global Strategy.
As a Field-Based Account Manager , you will :
- Develop New Accounts
- Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
- Manage Existing Accounts
- Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long-term supplier relationships.
- Secure & Manage Material Listings
- Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
- Negotiate Price & Availability
- Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.
