Who we are?

HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.

Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025.

We have raised a total of €30 millions, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe. In just three years, HarfangLab's workforce has nearly tripled, with the majority of its team members coming from technical backgrounds and dedicating themselves to R&D and continuous product enhancement.

Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of several hundred clients of all shapes and sizes, from CAC 40 corporations and government agencies to SMEs, hospitals, and local councils.

Driven by a strong sense of teamwork and global ambitions, HarfangLab continues to grow while staying true to its mission: to protect organisations from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while ensuring that customers maintain full control over their data.

Why are we hiring?

Germany is a key strategic market for HarfangLab, and our success there is crucial to our international growth. As a team, we are committed to building and strengthening our presence in this region. To support these efforts, we are hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Germany.

What will you do with us?

As an experienced AE you will join an existing Germany sales team currently composed of one Account Executive, one SDR, and one Pre-Sales engineer.

This position offers growth opportunities towards a Lead Sales role.

Your objective will be to increase revenue by promoting and selling our offerings in Germany to end customers and local MSSP partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing and anticipating actions to detect, qualify, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Mapping and prospecting new accounts: telephone prospecting and leveraging leads generated by marketing.
  • Opening new accounts.
  • Managing the sales cycle with the support of the pre-sales team.
  • Facilitating interactions with other internal teams involved in commercial deals (Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc.).
  • Developing and monitoring account plans for important clients and partners.
  • Participating in various events in Germany.

About you

Hard Skills

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in Germany, and you have a strong network in the field.
  • You are known for your ability to build relationships and your excellent interpersonal skills!
  • You are a very good negotiator and have a strong inclination for opening new accounts.
  • You have the ability to handle direct clients and partners.
  • You are proficient in Salesforce.
  • Native fluency in German and business level English.

Soft Skills

  • You possess admirable human qualities such as empathy, humility, diligence, and ethics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with high-level decision makers.
  • You excel at collaborating with others and find enjoyment in it.
  • You have a natural curiosity and work independently with ease.
  • You don't fear pressure; you know how to manage it and handle stress.

Recruitment Process

  1. An initial 30-minute call to define your professional project.
  2. A first 30-minute video interview with the team lead to discuss your background and the position.
  3. A 2-hour meeting at our office in Paris: 1 to 1.5 hours of job interview and 30 minutes of team fit.
  4. A final HR video meeting to assess your soft skills and motivations.
