We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in driving digital product development, from ideation to launch.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize features, write clear and detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and leverage product analytics to make data-driven decisions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business) to deliver high-impact digital products that enhance user experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Prioritization: Manage feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF to balance user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- PRD Writing: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide engineering and design teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track KPIs, measure performance, and iterate on product improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
- User Research & Feedback: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
- Master’s degree from an Engineering, Business school, or equivalent studies;
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management with proven track record of writing user stories in tools such as JIRA;
- Excellent PRD writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French (Spanish is a great plus).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
- Familiarity with API integrations and technical product management.
