TikTok is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our EMEA team focusing on the Paris employee base. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role based in Paris, France.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and improving payroll operations of multiple countries in Europe, primarily France.
  2. Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.
  3. Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc.
  4. Partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to optimize processes, improve operation efficiency, and upgrade employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Hands-on, functional knowledge and a minimum of 3+ years in-house payroll operation experience.
  2. Proven experience with French payroll and tax legislation.
  3. Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc. is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
  2. Strong vendor management and project management skills.
  3. Fluency in a second language such as French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, German, or Swedish would be a plus, as you could also potentially support another country's payroll.
  4. Payroll experience in other countries within EMEA is a plus.
