A leading global energy management company is looking for a UX / Product Designer to shape digital product experiences. You will collaborate with teams to create meaningful, scalable interfaces, applying user-centered design methods and leading workshops. The ideal candidate understands the full design lifecycle, is proficient in Figma, and communicates effectively. What will be your role ?

As a UX / Product Designer within the Software-Designed Power program, you will shape digital product experiences where software, data, and services create value beyond hardware. Embedded in a product team, you will collaborate with a transversal set of stakeholders to design meaningful, usable, and scalable experiences across platforms.

You will translate user insights, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product flows, interactions, and interfaces that embody a software-first vision and help guide existing products through this cultural and business shift. By contributing to the UI Kit and aligning with shared standards and design principles, you will deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while enabling products to evolve sustainably within a software-driven ecosystem.

You will be responsible for:
  • Applying user-centered design methods and translating key learnings from user research into clear user journeys, interaction concepts, and implementation-ready designs.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops and co-design sessions to align stakeholders around a shared product vision.
  • Championing user-centric, accessible, and sustainable design practices while promoting a coherent digital ecosystem and brand experience.
  • Adopting a systems-thinking approach to understand complex problem spaces.
  • Using and contributing to the UI Kit in collaboration with transversal teams to express and scale the design vision.
  • Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Designing interactions that empower users and enable data to flow through the software architecture, supporting robust service and software business logic.
  • Designing with a strong awareness of development and platform constraints, working closely with engineers to ensure feasibility, performance, and scalability.

  • Master Figma and stay up to date with its latest features and workflows.
  • Justify design decisions using qualitative and quantitative data and navigate the design process with tactical awareness.
  • Design confidently for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet, HMI).
  • Care deeply about simplicity, consistency, and high-quality execution.
  • Communicate clearly, value feedback, and contribute to a strong design culture and community.
  • Are curious, humble, collaborative, and fluent in English.
