A dynamic startup in Paris is offering a 6-month internship for a TA & HR Projects Intern. You will work closely with the Lead HR and Specialists to scale the team through various projects, including talent acquisition and onboarding. Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, with at least one internship in HR.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.

As a TA & HR Projects Intern, you will join our Lead HR, Anne-Béatrice, and our TA Specialists, Maëlis and Félicie, and take part in the ambitious challenge of helping us scale our team and implement HR processes in a context of hyper-growth and international expansion.

Taking on a strategic role within the HR team, you will have significant responsibilities and a broad range of missions in the following areas :

1- Talent Acquisition:
  • Gather and clarify needs with the hiring manager
  • Draft compelling job descriptions
  • Implement an effective multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract a diverse candidate pipeline (including LinkedIn Recruiter license, networking, partnerships)
  • Screen candidates and conduct pre-qualification interviews via video conference (including in English)
  • Coordinate and schedule the entire hiring process
  • Coach both candidates and interviewers to ensure the best candidate experience
  • Formulate job offers
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, reporting key insights to your manager

2- HR Projects:

Under the supervision of your manager, you will lead projects from conception to concrete implementation. The possibilities are endless—employer branding, culture, training—there’s still so much to build at Hero!

3 - Onboarding & Employee Experience:
  • Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in all key stages of the onboarding process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee requests (excluding administrative matters).

Your profile? 🦸
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, you have already completed one internship in human resources (at least). A previous experience in a startup with a high-growth context is a plus :)
  • Endowed with strong interpersonal skills, you have excellent verbal and written communication, allowing you to adapt to all types of interlocutors.
  • Data driven: you never lose sight of your goal and give yourself all the means to achieve it.
  • Problem solver: no matter the situation, you know how to keep a cool head: a problem equals a solution.

  • we are not open to full remote work, you will have to work at Paris Office at least 4 days a week )
