A medical research organization based in Poitiers is seeking a Study Nurse to assist with clinical research activities. The position requires conducting home visits to patients participating in a study on Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Ideal candidates should have certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), IATA, and Basic Life Support (BLS), along with experience in the clinical research field. Qualifications

Responsabilités

  • Conduct home visits to patients as per the study schedule.
  • Perform blood draws and prepare samples using centrifugation.
  • Ship samples according to protocol requirements.
  • Complete visit documentation accurately.
  • Carry out late evening visits for specific blood draws.

R&D Partners is seeking a Study Nurse to support clinical research activities on an ad-hoc basis in the Poitiers area. This role involves home care visits for adult patients participating in a study related to Myelodysplastic Syndrome. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential due to the nature of the visits and tasks involved.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to patients as per the study schedule.
  • Perform blood draws (venipuncture) and prepare samples using centrifugation.
  • Ship samples according to protocol requirements.
  • Complete visit documentation accurately.
  • Carry out late evening visits for specific blood draws required 12 hours after medication administration.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Experience in clinical research.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including late evenings.
