Mission
- In agreement with the General Manager and the CEO, lead high-impact strategic programs by aligning business objectives with operational initiatives. The strategic program manager ensures the coherence, performance, and success of cross programs in a context of strong growth and with a goal of value creation.
Main responsibilities
- Work closely with the GM to pilot strategic projects decided by the CEO
- Define and structure strategic programs in line with the company's objectives
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
- Ensure coordination between different projects and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Implement performance indicators and monitor program progress
- Facilitate executive-level decision-making through clear and concise reporting
- Support change and encourage team buy-in
- Conduct strategic monitoring and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Educational background / diplomas :
Engineer degree in related field, Business school
Advanced degree required, MBA a plus
International experience required
Required experience :
- Minimum 10 years of experience as strategic programs / projects leader, or COO in a medium-size high-tech company
- Hands on experience helping a company transition through organizational life cycle stages
- Variety of international leadership positions
- Track record of driving 50% plus revenue growth in operating business units
- Proven ability to integrate ever evolving [JO1] of the company and its environment
