About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Department and under the supervision of the Retail Manager France, you will be responsible for the development and daily management of the boutique, embodying the values of our Maison with elegance and high standards.
Your role will be structured around three main areas :
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Management
- Drive sales growth through a strategic and personalized approach.
- Analyze performance and implement effective action plans.
- Provide regular reporting to the management (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Maintain and enrich the client database through innovative loyalty initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between the boutique, management, and headquarters.
Operational Excellence & Brand Image
- Ensure adherence to the Maison’s codes : customer service, sales ceremony, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee the boutique’s appearance and the implementation of in-store animations.
- Ensure optimal stock and inventory management.
- Supervise all administrative operations (orders, deliveries, supplies, etc.).
- Lead and coordinate in-store events to elevate the client experience.
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and support talent to build a high-performing team.
- Inspire energy, passion, and commitment within your team.
- Conduct daily briefings and implement engaging individual action plans.
- Manage scheduling and adjust staffing levels according to business needs.
- Foster team spirit and lead by example.

Desired Background and Experience
- You have between 2 to 5 years of experience in managing a premium or luxury boutique.
- You are proficient with CRM tools, the Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with digital solutions.
- You are bilingual in French and English; any additional language is a plus.
