Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years as Chef De Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef.
• Experience in Singaporean or Asian fine dining restaurant in luxury hotels.
• Proven experience in a pre-opening environment.

Responsabilités
