You key missions
- Build required technical components for a product (increments) working in strong collaboration with the squad to select best‑suited options for the feature / product based on business needs and global standards (architecture QA…)
- Drive technical study & feature / product design develop relevant elements (incl. prototyping programming…)
- Manage technical components testing (including test scenarii & acceptance criteria definition…)
- Oversee the roll‑out of technical elements to ensure effective integration within PR tech landscape
- Document all relevant technical information related features / products to smooth knowledge transfer to relevant teams (delivery proximity…) share technical insights as needed
- Drive the maintenance & continuous improvement of features / products based on evolving tech / business needs / trends
- Manage critical incidents with developed elements from issue identification to problem resolution
- Oversee processes such as upgrading / patching… as needed (infrastructure changes…)
- Monitor key metrics to identify needs for improvement and engage the design / redesign of features with the squad
- Provide insights on solutions / services associated with designed elements as needed (in coordination with Configuration Specialists Service delivery team…) and contribute to initiatives aiming to maximize product adoption
- Provide engineering best practices & bring forward new ways of thinking to improve outcomes (peer reviews coaching…)
- Act as Tech lead of a squad driving the technical direction to ensure best‑in‑class practices.
- Act as a Mentor for junior resources helping them grow and thrive within the team
- Participate in transversal engineering initiatives (market intelligence cross‑product / family initiatives…) as needed and continuously develop their own skills based on industry trends / enterprise needs

Qualifications
- Degree in a technology‑related field
- 10 years experience with building deploying and managing Web Applications ideally in a SaaS environment and at least 5 years experience stack on Azure working with CI / CD tools (Github) and testing framework
- Act as a Tech Lead within a cross‑technical team giving the technical directions of the products
- Deep expertise in software engineering and a strong expert technical background
- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk with both technical & non‑technical stakeholders
- Team player able to work in an agile development environment
- Leadership and mentorship skills inspiring and helping other more junior teammates
- Strong knowledge and insights into key challenges for Sales in a B2B environment
