Regional Sales Director - EMEA south

Location: France - Fully remote
Salary: circa 380k Euros OTE (split 50/50) + RSU's - negotiable

PGS are delighted to be retained for the hiring of a Regional Sales Director - EMEA South for a leading global ECM solutions Provider.

The Director Regional Sales will lead the clients sales efforts in the assigned region. This role creates and executes effective business strategies to obtain revenue and profit goals for the region while increasing market share.

Responsibilities
  • Accomplish Revenue and profit goals
  • Management of a regional P&A
  • Accomplish revenue goals
  • Recruit, Retain and Develop team members (team size currently 8 across France and Spain)
  • Develop and execute the business plan for the region applying the appropriate GTM strategies for each target country
  • Drive CRM usage among the team to deliver automation and efficiencies to sales people, streamlined dashboards and metrics for sales management, and revenue, pipeline and forecasting reporting to the company
  • Recruit, retain and train the right partners for the region
  • Build and retain a positive corporate image, and create an environment that extends the company's culture to the region
  • Maximize customer satisfaction
  • Represent and advocate the region within the company
  • Ensure corporate reporting tools and processes are used on a timely basis
