Aerospace & Défense Oxygen Systems (ADOS), a subsidiary of the Safran Group with approximately 250 employees located in Sassenage near Grenoble, offers a pleasant working environment at the foot of the Vercors. Our core activity involves designing, manufacturing, and maintaining high-tech systems for gas generation and regulation (mainly oxygen) to ensure the safety of crew and passengers in civil and military aviation.
Are you a strategic leader passionate about process optimization and quality management? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced profile for the position of Quality Manager (F/H) to lead our site towards excellence.
As the Head of the Quality Department, you will play a central role in managing the site’s performance. You will be involved in strategic decisions, including budget forecasts, monitoring key indicators (quality, cost, delay), and the progress of industrial and development projects.
Your main mission is to ensure the alignment of the entity's processes with Safran standards to achieve a single certification in the short term, while guaranteeing the quality of products and services provided. Collaborating with operational managers, you will work on continuous improvement projects, implementing initiatives to optimize process efficiency, leveraging best practices from the group and cross-functional teams to meet our ambitions.
Your scope of responsibility includes about twelve team members across two areas:
Engineering degree with significant experience in small to medium series manufacturing in demanding quality environments, with good knowledge of EN9100 or equivalent standards (automotive, pharmaceutical). Recognized leadership skills, ability to develop team skills, solid quality methods knowledge (Problem Solving, Audits, APQP). Pragmatic approach balancing compliance and operationality. Fluent English is preferred.
You will collaborate closely with Safran Group’s Quality network, ensuring harmonization and excellence in quality practices across sites, participating in regular meetings with quality managers from other locations to share best practices and challenges.
