Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Production Director France, oversee and organize the Manufacturing activity.

• Lead and animate the Manufacturing team (Assembly workshops, System integration workshop, Electrical testing workshop).

• Organize and implement the daily schedule of the Manufacturing department.

• Perform controls to validate manufactured products.

• Monitor production stocks, communicate any deviations, and identify missing parts.

• Manage human, technical, and material resources of the Manufacturing department.

• Report Manufacturing activities to the Production Director.

• Ensure the operation and maintenance of equipment and tools.

• Regularly update production management tools (ERP, schedules, etc.).

• Promote and foster a LEAN Manufacturing culture within the workshops.

Profile

Holder of a technical diploma in production, with at least 5 years of management experience in an industrial environment. Proficient with technical documents and assembly/adjustment techniques. Also, proficient with the MS Office suite.

Recognized for planning, anticipation, organization, and rigor, with a good sense of priorities and teamwork skills.

Fluency in English is essential for this position.
