A global financial services firm in France is seeking an experienced professional to manage client relationships and raise capital in Private Credit. Our Relationship Management team are the first point of contact for existing investors and play a key role in outreach and fundraising, supporting Macquarie Asset Management in relation to Real Assets, Real Estate and Private Credit.
We build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and family offices, working collaboratively with our European Product Specialists to maximise distribution efficiency and expand our coverage.

You will be responsible for generating and connecting with new prospects in France, covering the entirety of our product range, with a particular onus on expanding our franchise in relation to our Private Credit offerings, such as infrastructure debt, direct lending and semi‑liquid solution.
You will leverage your own relationships and collaborate closely with existing teams to ensure efficient distribution.
Your role involves understanding the complete range of Macquarie Asset Management products and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will contribute to the development of budgeting plans, deliver against personal capital‑raising targets and develop systematic client coverage strategies. You will also support prospect mapping, represent Macquarie at industry events and maintain active engagement with key clients, including pension funds, insurance companies and family offices.
