Job Description:

We’re looking for a finance professional who can combine sharp analytical skills with strong business partnering. In this role, you will support senior leaders across Europe in making informed, value-driven decisions on regional overheads and ACP investments (advertising, consumer promotions, and marketing spend). You’ll be a key member of our European finance community, working closely with the Regional CFO, FP&A, Sales & Marketing VPs, and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights, ensure robust budget control, and contribute to strategic planning.

What are we looking for?

• You have a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering ideally in a matrix and international environment.

• You have proven experience as a finance business partner working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Marketing, to align financial insights with commercial strategies and drive business performance.

• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in french is a strong plus.

• You bring solid accounting skills and a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

• You excel at collaborating across functions and regions, with proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels, including senior management.

• You are comfortable working with financial systems and data tools, and eager to contribute to process improvements and value creation initiatives.

• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking combined with business acumen to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance.

• You have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit that fosters teamwork and drives results.

What will be your key responsibilities? Overheads Copiloting – 30%

• Lead overheads reporting and deliver actionable insights for the regional team, covering actuals, budget, and forecasts.

• Ensure governance and cost control across the Europe region, managing the Navision cost collector.

• Act as key user for data and systems related to the regional set-up, partnering with the Campus Shared Service Center.

ACP Copiloting – 50%

• Drive ACP (advertising, consumer promotions, marketing spend) performance reporting and in-depth analytics.

• Measure ROI on critical initiatives across Europe, collaborating closely with the Brand and Pet Owner Experience Hub.

• Oversee budget, forecast, and actual performance reviews for ACP investments.

NCFO Copiloting – 10%

• Analyse and animate NCFO (Net Cash Flow from Operations) performance across the region in collaboration with cluster finance teams.

• Liaise with both cluster and global teams to align on targets and initiatives.

Other Responsibilities – 10%

• Contribute to regional actual financial reporting.

• Support cross-pillar projects and process improvements.

• Participate in portfolio and innovation initiatives.
