  • Proven ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations within a pressurised environment.

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Aer Lingus operations systems.
  • Excellent people, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

  • Manage and monitor the status of the EI and EUK fleet.
  • Act as the central link between operational teams and outstation airports.
  • Design the optimum daily aircraft order considering priorities.
  • Serve as the contact for real‑time handling‑agent queries.
  • Monitor potential delay hazards and coordinate mitigation actions.
