- Description of the department: Our Real Estate Asset Management team is based across Europe. More specifically in Paris, the Intern will join a team of 8 Analysts within the Asset Management France department. This department manages a portfolio of c. 16.5 billion assets in offices, retail, logistics, residential and hotels for AXA IM Real Assets, a European leader in real‑estate asset management.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse all relevant and up‑to‑date asset‑level data/documentation (technical, legal, tax and commercial data).
- Implement financial models (DCF).
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the asset budget in coordination with asset managers or asset operators.
- Organise real‑estate appraisal campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to investor reporting.
- Participate in the follow‑up of tenant relations and any disputes.
- Contribute to the implementation of the marketing and rental strategy.
- Monitor renovation or development programmes in coordination with internal and/or external players.
- Assist in the preparation of disposals (data room, valuation, calls for tenders, etc.).
- Provide analytical and presentation support on ad hoc topics.
- Participate in cross‑functional missions under the direction of a member of the management team.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate.
- Proven interest in real‑estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real‑estate would be considered a plus).
