About The Role

As a Project Manager at DQE, you’ll be at the heart of our customer onboarding process. Your mission: lead software implementation projects from start to finish — from kickoff to go‑live — and ensure our customers get up and running smoothly, on time, and with real value.

You’ll manage a mix of enterprise and mid‑market projects across industries, working with internal teams (R&D, Product, Support, Sales) and directly with clients. You’ll also help improve our internal processes and support the team on pre‑sales, consulting, support and ticketing when needed.

This role is perfect for someone who’s structured, autonomous, great with clients, and knows how to drive SaaS projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do
Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients from diverse industries
  • Run kick-offs, manage scopes and timelines, align all stakeholders
  • Coordinate with tech, product, and support teams
  • Track progress, manage risks, handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client training
  • Configure our platform to match customer needs
  • Ensure documentation of work and clean handovers to Customer Success & Support
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition between implementation and long-term account management
  • Work with Product and R&D on improvements and escalations
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS to identify upsell opportunities
  • Translate tech topics into clear business language
Process & Team Support
  • Standardize and improve onboarding and implementation methods
  • Keep clear documentation and share updates regularly
  • Support pre-sales and solution consulting where needed
  • Use tools like Jira, Zendesk, etc., to manage delivery efficiently
Skills & Capabilities

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS project management or delivery
  • Fluent in French & English, strong communicator
  • Confident managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Good understanding of APIs, batch jobs, web services, etc.
  • Experience with CRM or e-commerce tools (Salesforce, Magento…)
  • Proactive, problem‑solver, structured, and autonomous
