Join Schneider Digital’s Intelligent Edge teams! These teams are responsible for delivering a robust, secure, and scalable software platform that enables efficient and safe connectivity for Schneider Electric products.

As part of this mission, the EdgeOS MPU Execution Environment team develops an internal embedded Linux operating system that is secure, flexible, and connectable.

Your role :

We are looking for a Product Owner with solid experience in embedded systems and Linux to lead the product vision and roadmap of this strategic component. A strong understanding of constrained embedded environments and the open‑source ecosystem is essential.

Your main responsibilities :
  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business and technical strategy
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and relevance of features and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and technical leaders to ensure feasibility and technical alignment
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and users to guide product evolution
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality, secure, and maintainable embedded Linux components
  • Monitor market trends and open‑source developments in the embedded OS domain
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of practices
  • Support the creation of documentation for internal users and developers
  • Promote the product internally and represent its vision to stakeholders
Your profile :
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in embedded software development
  • Strong knowledge of embedded Linux systems and constrained environments
  • Familiarity with open‑source communities and associated licensing models
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Experience in IoT, Edge Computing, or industrial automation is a plus
