Role Overview

Unlimitail continues to scale its global Product organization across Europe and LatAm and is looking for a Product Owner to structure product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure strong cross‑functional alignment.

Technical proficiency is valued, and while retail media / adtech experience is not mandatory, it is definitely a strong plus. What matters most is the ability to bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline within a fast‑evolving product environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and business teams, and you will

manage a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders — including key partners such as Epsilon, Google, and Meta. Your mission is to secure smooth delivery, predictable timelines, and transparent communication across the entire organization and its ecosystem.

Your Mission
1. Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives, in close coordination with the Product manager.
  • Prioritize features, improvements, and bug fixes based on impact, effort, and dependencies.
  • Translate high-level needs into clear, structured product backlogs.
  • Organize backlog grooming sessions and maintain high-quality user stories.
2. Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Work directly with engineers and business stakeholders - in close coordination with the Product Manager - to ensure alignment on goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to clarify scope, constraints, and expected outcomes.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all product‑related questions and decisions.
3. Delivery Management & Visibility
  • Track progress, manage delivery timelines, and communicate clearly on risks and milestones.
  • Provide regular visibility to internal stakeholders on roadmap status, delivery plans, and release dates.
  • Ensure product increments are delivered with quality and in line with expectations.
4. Product Definition
  • Write clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in close coordination with the Product Manager.
  • Structure requirements into coherent, testable, and implementable units of work.
  • Contribute to defining product KPIs and success metrics.
5. Continuous Improvement
  • Propose enhancements to improve team efficiency, delivery processes, and product consistency.
  • Support user feedback loops and contribute to iteration cycles.
  • Help maintain a scalable and structured product operating model as the organization grows.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product‑oriented role.
  • Proven ability to structure a clear and actionable roadmap, manage priorities effectively, and translate needs into well‑defined requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide range of internal stakeholders (engineering, data, business teams), and able to adapt communication to each audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to provide visibility, manage timelines, and communicate progress or blockers transparently.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand technical challenges or constraints, even without deep engineering expertise.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar).
  • Professional English required; Spanish or French is a plus.
