A leading international law firm in Paris is looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Advisor. You will execute the BD strategy for the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice, enhancing client relationships and market profile. The role requires a strong client-focused mindset and excellent English skills. The firm offers a salary up to €72,000, a discretionary bonus, remote work options, and various additional benefits.

Prestations

Discretionary bonus up to 20%

12 RTT days per year

Up to 2 days of remote work per week

1 additional day off for birthday

2 additional days off during firm’s closure over Christmas and New Year

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Development or Marketing within a professional services environment.
• Ability to enhance the firm’s market profile through submissions and reporting.

• Execute the LAI BD strategy linking local and global initiatives to drive growth.
• Develop and grow key LAI client relationships through strategic support.
• Deliver high-quality LAI pitches and responses to RFPs.
• Enhance the firm’s LAI market profile through directory submissions and awards.
• Foster strong collaboration and communication across global teams.
