As a property consultant, you will play a central role in expanding the market. You will act independently in an established sales area with great potential and actively help to shape market penetration.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships in Paris.
- Support and strategic development of relevant target groups : Specialist dealers, property fitters, trade businesses.
- Product-specific advice and network building with architects, interior designers, design offices, furniture manufacturers and consulting firms.
- Managing the entire sales process - from preparing quotations and participating in tenders through to project realisation.
- Acquiring and supporting property developers, hotel operators and decision-makers in the healthcare sector (including nursing and retirement homes).
- Analysing the market and competition to identify new business potential.
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, customer events and specialised events.
Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial or technical training or studies (e.g. business administration, textile and clothing technology, interior design, industrial design).
- Proven sales success in the B2B environment, ideally in the contract business or with investment-intensive products.
- Experience in working with architects, planners, the specialised trade and decision-makers in complex projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels.
- High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working.
- Good instinct for design, trends and spatial impact.
- Business fluent in French and English.
