Ce poste implique la gestion de portefeuilles de financement, l'analyse documentaire, et la collaboration avec différents départements tout en offrant un cadre de travail hybride et inclusif.

Qualifications

  • Expérience réussie dans le financement structuré, idéalement dans l'immobilier.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B2).

Responsabilités

  • Gestion d'un portefeuille de dossiers de financement et différence des contrôles.
  • Interface privilégiée entre le Front Office et divers acteurs internes et externes.
  • Participation à des projets transversaux hors du périmètre de l'équipe.

Description du poste

You are joining the Agency Middle Office team as Manager Middle Office Agent Real Estate and Hospitality. On a daily basis, your duties include :

  • Ensure the management of a portfolio of funding files, ensuring their implementation and compliance with controls;
  • Ensure the follow-up of your files : syndication, modification, contractual obligation of the borrower, reporting, management of commitments by signature and guarantees received as well as reimbursement and possible restructuring;
  • Be the preferred interface of the Front Office, of which you know how to understand the issues as well as the problems, but also of your client and other actors and stakeholders internal and / or external to the bank (banks, legal department, back office, risk management, treasury, branches, lawyers...) ;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects outside the scope of the team.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have successful experience in the field of structured financing (middle office or agent) ideally in the real estate field.

  • Issues related to syndicated credits;
  • The analysis of contractual documentation in French and English;
  • Specialized financial arrangements;
  • Classic office tools including Excel and ideally VBA.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are :

  • Organized, reliable and rigorous;
  • Sensitive to commercial issues;
  • Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a B2 level.
