We are headhunting for a major non-profit organisation headquartered in London. They are focused on developing the blockchain ecosystem, finding product-market fit, and bringing industry, academia, and regulators together for the advancement of humankind.
The role will help to market the association and its initiatives to the blockchain ecosystem, including influencing Layer 1 blockchains, governmental agencies (e.g., the Commonwealth), crypto exchanges, and other major players. Initiatives are typically collaborative efforts across academia, governments, and industry.
The role can be based remotely anywhere globally and will provide a constantly changing dynamic challenge. Please ignore the salary level mentioned on the job board – there is flexibility depending on the person involved.

- Market the association and its initiatives to the blockchain ecosystem, including Layer 1 blockchains, governmental agencies, crypto exchanges, and other major players.
- Coordinate collaboration across academia, governments, and industry to advance initiatives.
- Influence partner engagement and drive collaboration with product development teams to respond to market feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, including upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and lead generation across multiple channels including digital marketing and social media.
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to inform strategy and program improvements.
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency and ownership of responsibilities, with limited supervision and no more than one junior person in charge.

- Knowledge of and passion for the blockchain industry.
- Experience with go-to-market strategy.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Expertise in developing lead generation strategies across channels including digital marketing and social media.
- Strong engagement and negotiation skills.
- Collaboration with product development teams to incorporate market feedback.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with skills in upselling and cross-selling.
- Ideally some knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., MiCA, ethical standards, risk management in emerging technologies).
- Content creation capability (LinkedIn posts, blogs).
- Teamwork skills for effective collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
- Proficiency in preparing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Self-sufficiency: ability to handle and own responsibilities with minimal supervision, potentially in charge of one junior person.
