In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing outstanding support to our French-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional logistical support and customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of shipments.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their orders, shipping options, and delivery-related issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in logistics to provide relevant guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
