The Team

The Transaction Advisory Group team at A&M is seeking talented professionals at all levels to join our dynamic EMEA Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team. You would be joining our single EMEA team, whose members are based across EMEA and providing CMAA services to clients across all geographies. Our team is the largest transaction and accounting advisory practice outside the Big Four, helping large corporates, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and hedge funds unlock value across the investment lifecycle.

How you will contribute
  • Support senior team members in the analysis of accounting and financial reporting issues, helping prepare materials that align with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary research on new or evolving accounting standards to help the team assess their implications for clients.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and presentations related to due diligence, transaction structuring, and other stages of the investment lifecycle.
  • Contribute to basic financial analyses and financial modelling tasks, under the guidance of senior consultants, to support investment and advisory projects.
  • Provide support on capital markets‑related engagements, such as IPO preparation, M&A activities, and other strategic financial initiatives, mainly through data gathering, benchmarking, and drafting deliverables.
  • Help ensure that project materials and analyses are aligned with regulatory requirements, escalating questions or uncertainties to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams, assisting in coordination efforts to deliver integrated client service.
  • Use the firm's global knowledge resources to gather insights, benchmarks, and best practices that support client deliverables.
  • Participate in client relationship‑building activities, such as preparing meeting materials, follow‑up summaries, and maintaining organized documentation.
  • Take part in needs‑assessment discussions, helping capture client objectives and translating them into clear internal workstreams.
  • Support project management activities, such as tracking progress, preparing status updates, and coordinating inputs from various stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Graduated from a leading "Grande Écoles" in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, accounting and / or financial modelling.
  • Preferred prior experience in audit firm or finance department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
