Description

  • Coordinate and manage the resolution of technical incidents to ensure minimal disruption to services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and communication during incidents.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and report on incident trends to improve service delivery and prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain incident logs and ensure detailed documentation of all activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement incident management processes and best practices.
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance with organisational policies and standards.
