This remote position offers a monthly fee of €2,300 with additional annual performance-based bonuses. Job Description
  • Responsible for supporting end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Arrange and handle employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Assist with additional HR‑related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.
Work Location
  • Fully remote (work from home)
  • A stable internet connection is required
  • For security reasons, work must be performed from home
  • A company laptop will be provided; no personal equipment is required
Compensation
  • Monthly fee (2,300 euros)
  • Annual performance‑based bonus
  • Three‑month probation period (salary paid during probation)
  • Payments will be made to your local bank account
