Job Description
- Responsible for supporting end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records.
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes
- Arrange and handle employee engagement activities and programs.
- Assist with additional HR‑related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.
Work Location
- Fully remote (work from home)
- A stable internet connection is required
- For security reasons, work must be performed from home
- A company laptop will be provided; no personal equipment is required
Compensation
- Monthly fee (2,300 euros)
- Annual performance‑based bonus
- Three‑month probation period (salary paid during probation)
- Payments will be made to your local bank account

Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any other related field
- Fluent‑level Japanese and business‑level English proficiency
- Solid HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced multinational company
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Committed to excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to multi‑task and work independently in a dynamic environment
