A leading digital services company is seeking an HR Project Manager to contribute to HR transformation initiatives at a Group level. This role involves driving the rollout of the Global Competency Model and managing the deployment of new HR Information Systems while operating in a fast-paced and international environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, strong project management skills, and be fluent in English and French. The company promotes a collaborative culture with flexible work arrangements.
Reporting to the Group CHRO the HR Project Manager will be a key contributor to the transformation of the SQLI Group supporting its growth ambitions and sustainable performance.
You will join the Group HR Team (based in Levallois-Perret close to Paris) and operate in a highly international and cross-functional environment working closely with key corporate functions and stakeholders across all regions and geographies.
As HR Project Manager you will drive high-impact HR transformation initiatives at Group level working closely with HR Operations and IT/IS teams across HR Recruitment and ESG initiatives.
