What will be your role

Reporting to the Group CHRO the HR Project Manager will be a key contributor to the transformation of the SQLI Group supporting its growth ambitions and sustainable performance.

You will join the Group HR Team (based in Levallois-Perret close to Paris) and operate in a highly international and cross-functional environment working closely with key corporate functions and stakeholders across all regions and geographies.

Your role and key responsibilities

As HR Project Manager you will drive high-impact HR transformation initiatives at Group level working closely with HR Operations and IT/IS teams across HR Recruitment and ESG initiatives.

Key priorities include:
  • Leading the definition and rollout of the Global Competency Model encompassing job architecture, seniority levels, career paths, compensation frameworks and strategic workforce planning
  • Managing the selection and deployment of the new Group HR Information System (Core HR and Talent modules)
Beyond these priorities you will:
  • Contribute to the coordination of HR governance and decision-making forums such as HR Councils and Global Learning Boards
  • Lead change management and adoption ensuring successful deployment through training, user support and adoption monitoring
  • Support the implementation of new ways of working including processes, tools and people-related transformations
  • Drive HR data quality in collaboration with the Group Data Governance Team
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR initiatives and studies such as learning platform adoption, employee engagement campaigns, leadership programs, recruitment acceleration initiatives, carbon footprint measurement or HR trend analyses
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the global HR community
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment ideally within a Group or matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1) and French (minimum B2).
  • Change management experience with a focus on adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A solid data mindset with an interest in data-driven HR practices.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience preferably in a consulting and/or technology-driven environment.
