A leading automotive company in Paris is seeking an experienced professional to provide market insights and enhance business objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years in auto sales, be bilingual in English and French, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. This role focuses on market positioning and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of auto sales experience (dealer group or car brand company).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Strong market acumen and pioneering spirit.

Responsabilités

  • Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking.
  • Plan and develop the local channel network.
  • Formulate business targets and develop marketing strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback is prioritized.
  • Act as a GEELY ambassador for the sales team.

Value orientation: Responsible for achieving business objectives in target market, promoting market position, continuously promoting brand growth and compliance management.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
  2. Integrated internal and external resources (government, dealers), planned and developed the local channel network.
  3. Formulated and strengthened annual / monthly business targets, developed localized marketing strategies and business policies, and continuously established and improved channel network effectiveness (achieved sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators).
  4. Focus on supply chain guarantee and dealers' operating status, taking into account brand building and service operation to ensure overall sound operation.
  5. Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
  6. Continue to pay attention to the risk of operating the whole link and operate in compliance.
  7. Be GEELY ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.
Qualifications
  1. Knowledge and skills: bachelor's degree, Excellent English & French language skills.
  2. Work experience: 7 years or above Auto sales experience (dealer group or car brand company).
  3. Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals.
  4. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Other special additional conditions: market acumen, pioneering spirit, passion, tenacity.
