We are working with one of Europe’s leading mobile games companies who are well known for making high quality midcore games. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire a Head of Product to help drive further growth across their portfolio of live games.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, and leading a team of Product Managers, the Head of Product will play an important role in driving growth through effective live game operations and launching new titles.

We are looking for an experienced product management leader with strong experience in the mobile games sector. This will suit a commercial, analytical product leader who enjoys working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and level-up a team of Product Managers and Analysts to deliver measurable growth
  • Own the LiveOps strategy end-to-end: acquisition, retention, and monetisation - turning insights into impact
  • Design and ship high-performing events, features, systems, and mechanics that keep players coming back and paying
Requirements
  • Proven ownership of live mobile game performance with clear examples of moving KPIs (retention, ARPDAU/LTV, conversion, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps mechanics and the operating model required to run them
  • Collaborative leader who blends player empathy with revenue-focused decision-making
