At SOVA, we have an ambitious mission: to revolutionize women's health across Europe—and beyond. Our goal is to become the leading brand in hormonal health, offering natural and effective solutions for women at every stage of their lives.
Founded in 2021 by Eva and Solène, two sisters diagnosed with PCOS, SOVA was born from frustration with the lack of solutions available. Today, we are transforming that frustration into action. With +200% growth in the past year, scaling from €1M to €4,5M in profitable revenue, we are now targeting €10M in 2026 with a major international expansion.
SOVA develops high-quality supplements in collaboration with leading experts, trusted and recommended by healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a part time role, between 2,5-3 day a week. Start date: as soon as possible.

Your Role
Your mission?
- Drive SOVA’s e-commerce growth to hit yearly revenue targets— by scaling what works, fixing what doesn’t, and exploring new acquisition levers to unlock incremental growth.
- As Head of Growth / Head of E-commerce (Freelance, Part-time), you will own the performance of the online growth engine while ensuring flawless execution across teams and partners. You’ll be accountable for turning growth goals into a clear plan, a strong channel mix, and weekly progress.
You will:
- Own growth objectives (revenue, CAC/MER, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, retention) and build the path to achieve them
- Synchronize the marketing squad (internal + external partners) to ship fast and stay aligned on the goals
- Manage and challenge key agencies/freelancers (CRM, SEO, affiliate, CRO, analytics/data…) to maximize performance
- Explore and launch new acquisition channels to find additional growth drivers (e.g. TikTok Shop, new paid formats, new partnerships, new affiliate models, new distribution angles)
- Be hands-on: strategy + orchestration and day-to-day execution (ops, QA, tracking, quick analyses, iteration)
This role is equal parts growth owner, e-commerce operator, and experimentation lead. You are expected to bring structure, speed, and measurable impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Growth Strategy, Targets & Weekly Progress (core)
- Own the annual/quarterly growth targets for e-commerce and translate them into monthly and weekly goals
- Build a clear growth plan: key bets, channel allocation, experimentation roadmap, expected impact
- Run weekly business reviews: performance vs target, learnings, next actions, reprioritization
- Identify the biggest growth constraints (traffic, CVR, AOV, repeat) and focus efforts where impact is highest
- Partner with founders to align growth priorities with business goals and margin constraints
2) New Channel Exploration & Experimentation (core)
- Build and run an experimentation pipeline to unlock incremental growth beyond current channels
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition levers (examples: TikTok Shop, new creator-driven acquisition loops, emerging paid platforms/formats, new affiliate ecosystems, partnerships, marketplaces when relevant)
- Define test frameworks: hypothesis, success metrics, budget/timebox, creative angle, tracking, post-mortem
- Scale winners and stop losers fast — with clear documentation and learnings
3) Acquisition Channels — Performance & Partner Management (core)
- Own performance across key acquisition channels with existing providers and optimize channel mix
- Set channel KPIs aligned to revenue targets (CAC/MER, contribution margin, incrementality)
- Run post-mortems and continuously improve performance and creative/landing synergy
- Identify gaps and recruit/replace partners when needed
4) CRM & Retention (major scope)
- Drive CRM performance as a growth lever (repeat rate, LTV, churn reduction)
- Ensure lifecycle coverage: onboarding, education, replenishment, winback, referral
- Challenge partner execution and connect CRM initiatives to business outcomes
5) CRO — Process & Execution
- Own the CRO roadmap to directly lift revenue efficiency (CVR, AOV, checkout completion)
- Run A/B test
- Prioritize and implement high-impact improvements + experimentation
- Ensure clean measurement and QA
6) Data, Tracking & Reporting (non-negotiable)
- Ensure reliable attribution/tracking and a single source of truth on performance
- Monitor the growth scoreboard weekly (revenue, funnel, CAC/MER, retention, cohorts)
- Turn insights into decisions: reallocations, tests, fixes, and scale plans
7) E-commerce Excellence — Merchandising, Offers, Launches
- Own launch readiness & performance for product drops (PDP, bundles, on-site storytelling, post-launch review)
- Ensure the site supports growth goals: conversion, trust, clarity, and customer experience
PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’re a great fit if you:
- Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
- Are a native French speaker and have excellent English (written and spoken) to collaborate in an international environment
- Proven track record driving DTC e-commerce growth, owning business KPIs (revenue, contribution/margin, CAC/MER, CVR, AOV, LTV, retention).
- Able to translate annual targets into a clear monthly/weekly plan and run a strong performance cadence (weekly business reviews).
- Strong experience managing and challenging agencies/freelancers and internal team (CRM, SEO, affiliate, CRO, tracking/data): briefs, standards, prioritization, accountability.
- Hands-on operator: comfortable in day-to-day execution (QA, tracking checks, quick analyses, fixes, follow-ups) alongside strategy.
- Solid CRM & lifecycle expertise (email/SMS/Whatsapp): segmentation, flows, campaign calendar, deliverability, retention and repeat performance.
- Able to build and maintain a CRO machine: backlog, testing, learnings, PDP/checkout optimization, bundles/offers, conversion & AOV uplift.
- Data- and measurement-driven: GA4/Shopify, UTM discipline, dashboards, pragmatic attribution, funnel + cohort analysis to drive decisions.
- Comfortable exploring, testing, and scaling new acquisition channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, new paid formats, creator-led loops, new affiliate/partnership models).
- Excellent prioritization skills: focuses on the highest-impact levers, makes fast trade-offs, and ships consistently.
- Strong cross-functional synchronization: aligns marketing/ops/founders/CS, reduces friction, and keeps execution moving.
- Based in Paris with regular on-site presence (hybrid), freelance part-time for 6–12 months; reliable, fast, results-oriented.
