ANINE BING is looking for a Head of Design to join its Design team based in Paris.
The Head of Design leads the full creative function across all categories and is responsible for translating the Creative Director’s vision into strong, relevant, and desirable collections. This role combines strategic creative leadership with hands‑on design expertise, particularly within Ready-to‑Wear, which remains the core of our product offering.
Working in close partnership with the Creative Director and the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Design will drive creative direction, ensure seasonal coherence, and anchor the brand’s aesthetic while guaranteeing alignment with broader business goals. This position combines strategic creative leadership with hands‑on design ownership and requires an exceptional eye for silhouettes, fabrication, fit, and styling.
