As a GTM/G&A Recruiter, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market and General & Administrative roles across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK and Riyadh markets. You will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across creative, technical, and VFX disciplines while collaborating closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions. This role requires assessing candidates’ portfolios, managing the recruitment process end‑to‑end, and adapting strategies in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment. You will also partner with a London‑based team to ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and priorities, making a direct impact on the company’s growth and talent acquisition success.
